The Dubai Business Associates (DBA) Programme is a fully funded 9-month opportunity for ambitious and talented graduates from around the world. It allows selected candidates to study business fundamentals while working on real consulting projects with leading organisations in Dubai. This programme is designed for recent graduates who want international exposure, professional development, and hands-on business experience in one of the world’s leading business hubs.
Be a recent graduate or have up to 3 years of work experience
Have strong English communication skills
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (any discipline).
Demonstrate strong academic ability, motivation, and leadership potential.

Apply through the official DBA online portal during the open intake period.
Successful candidates may be shortlisted for assessment and interview.
If selected, you receive programme acceptance and visa registration support.
Travel to Dubai and begin the 9-month programme.

Failure to meet core requirements such as degree qualification, English proficiency, or early-career status may result in automatic refusal.
Yes. Tuition, accommodation, travel, visa support and stipends are provided for selected associates.
